It looks like you're using Internet Explorer. Microsoft replaced Internet Explorer with Microsoft Edge in 2015. They now recommend that Internet Explorer should not be used, except in certain specific compatibility scenarios which do not apply to this system (see here for more details).

From 1st March 2020 we will no longer support Internet Explorer. We will continue to support all current browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Brave. Microsoft Edge is probably already installed on your computer, so please either use that or download an alternative (we recommend Chrome).
